Lil' Miss Goody Tutu has been so busy... getting everything together for our upcoming market event. This craft & boutique market is very-kid oriented and will be held on Saturday, August 6th at the Lamar-Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales, LA. The doors open at 9:00am until 5:00pm. The first 500 people will receive a free tote bag w/ coupons, prizes, & little extras.

Community Market

Lil' Miss Goody Tutu was at our first ever "Community Market Day" this past Saturday. It was lots of fun!!! I'm proud of my wonderful fiance and my little girl for being so patient with me during the two days I had to prepare for this event. Yes, it was a last minute deal, but it was worth it. I was able to sell some items & also get my info out there.

Another SPECIAL THANKS to: My Daddy, who delivered the table and assisted setting me up. My Aunt, who kept my little girl for not only one, but two days. My Husband-to-Be, who helped work the booth and helped out so much! THANKS SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU!!!

What's Cooking?

I cooked the best dinner & just have to share my recipe. Best of all; it's super easy to make!!!

Ingredients:
1 box of Zatarain's Scampi Pasta Dinner Mix
Water
Margarine
Meat(chicken or shrimp)

*SPECIAL NOTES: I cooked the meal in a 2 quart pot on my stove-top (as directed by the box on the Scampi Mix). I added my meat at the end; after my pasta mix boiled and dropped to simmer. I used Fajita Chicken Strips in my dish as my meat and it worked great; I would recommend it! Just a small bag and it can be found in the deli section with potato salads & deli dressings. The brand I used was Chef John Folse and it came out super juicy!

My Very First Blog Posting...
